Ahead of the elections, the Nigerian Army says it has inaugurated a Situation Room to monitor the general election.
The Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai, announced this yesterday in Abuja.
He said it would help the military check thuggery, snatching of ballot boxes, destruction of lives and property, among others.
He urged the public to forward credible information of security importance to the room.
