Nigerian Mandate

The people of Nomeh Unataeze, a community in Enugu East Senatorial District, yesterday came out en masse to show appreciation to the Deputy President of the Nigerian Senate, Ike Ekweremadu, over the road project he attracted to their community.

 

 

On his part, Ekweremadu’s special adviser, Uche Anichukwu, thanked the Senator for the erosion control project in the community.

 

In his response, Ekweremadu, who was accompanied by the Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Works, Hon. Toby Okechukwu, noted that, no meaningful agriculture could take place without quality road infrastructure.

 

He said although elected into the Senate by the people of Enugu West, the entire South East and Nigeria remains his constituency as a presiding officer of the Senate.
